Those who know me well know I love to chase sunsets. What a spectacular way to kick off the 2023 season as a Canberra based wedding photographer!
Although it was a bit gloomy and cold for an Australian summer day, the pinks and oranges joined us on Lake Burley Griffin at sunset anyway. After a call with Araceli – our bride-to-be – about the wind, we did an impromptu location change and met at the Senate Gardens right next to Old Parliament House. The lovely roses gave us a splash of colour for the ‘warm up’ part of the session where I coaxed Kel into having some fun! He is not alone in dreading the photo portion of the day, but it’s safe to say after checking out how was able to get his “model on” … he will do just fine on his wedding day!
Love at 50 is very becoming, wouldn’t you agree!?
